I know that buying or selling a home is one of the most important things you will ever do, and can be one of the most stressful times in ones life.  It can also be one of the most exciting and enjoyable—I should know.  Having served in the military for 28 years, I have had the opportunity to move 13 times.  I have learned from those experiences and better understand the process.  Because of that I have committed myself to work on relieving the stress on my clients, as much as possible, while making their buying or selling experience as smooth and successful as possible.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, I am held to and believe in a higher level of integrity in dealing with the public, which ensures my dedication to my clients.  My backgrounds in foreign relations, negotiations, administration, team leadership, and project management provide me with a unique set of skills to deal effectively with people from all walks of life.  The most important of them is listening.  Listening to their needs, objectives, and priorities, in order for us to jointly reach their goal of either buying the right home or marketing and selling their current home.  As an Accredited Buyer Representative, I taken the time and effort to become more knowledgeable about the needs and wants of home buyers, especially those seeking their first home.

As you can tell by my website title, I love the game of golf and live in a golf course community.  Although this is a specialty of mine, I enjoy helping people find the right house to call home in any neighborhood or town within the greater Columbia area.
